Before you start
Do I need a separate account for each tool?
No. Your DocCentral account opens every tool your administrator has given you. You sign in once, in one place.
Where is our data kept?
Each tool runs on its own site with its own database. DocCentral keeps accounts and permissions only, never your documents, recordings or emails.
Can we use the Windows versions?
Yes. The Windows apps sign in through your browser with the same account and share the web tool's permissions.
How do I get access?
Ask your organization's DocCentral administrator. They add your account and choose which tools you can open.
